Portumna Chamber of Commerce was delighted with another hugely successful Halloween Night Walk in Portumna Forest Park. An incredible 1,000 enthusiastic walkers took to the forest paths and trails, bravely seeking out ghosts, zombies, and other spooky characters hiding among the trees.
The Chamber would like to sincerely thank the numerous volunteers who gave their time to make the night such a success, with special appreciation to the TY students and staff of Portumna Community School, whose energy and enthusiasm were invaluable.
This event is now an annual highlight in the Portumna calendar and would not be possible without the continued support of Coillte, the Fire Service, An Garda Síochána, and the Civil Defence, who ensured a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Once again, the community spirit shown on the night was outstanding, making it a Halloween to remember.
