Local Monthly Market Booms as Vendor Demand Skyrockets

Despite still being in its infancy, the market has defied early teething problems to become a certified community highlight. Public response has been overwhelmingly positive, signalling a major win for the local trade scene.

However, the event has quickly become a victim of its own success. Space is currently at a premium, with organizers revealing that all existing vendor slots are completely locked in for the entire 2026 series.

The crunch for space is underscored by a massive influx of interest: a staggering 30 vendors applied for just 11 available tables, leaving nearly two-thirds of hopeful businesses on a waiting list.

Relief may be on the horizon, however. Plans are currently underway to expand the market into the Town Hall to accommodate the spillover. Organizers have confirmed that once these new spaces unlock, priority will be given directly to the applicants already on file.
